Enliven the imagination, enrich the spirit and strengthen the body at Village Dance Academy! This unique dance institution is dedicated to presenting aspiring dancers as young as 2-1/2 years all the way through young adulthood with the highest standards of dance education. All skill levels are welcome.
The Village Dance Academy strongly believes in giving every student the opportunity to grow and develop in all areas of dance under the careful tutelage of the finest, most caring instructors available. Students will be taught both the traditional and correct methods of dance through a balanced program designed to produce well-rounded, energetic and of course, happy dancers.
Classes are graded according to age & ability. Students have a variety of styles to choose from including; Ballet, Pointe, Lyrical, Jazz, Hip Hop, Tap, Modern, Broadway and Adult Classes. Ballroom, Flamenco, Pre-School Music are offered as adjuncts to our dance program.
Younger children who are receiving their first introduction into the world of dance can develop both their imaginations & quality of movement in the safe and caring environment of the pre-dance "First Class". Dancers ages 6 and up will learn to incorporate technique, stage presence, composition, choreography, student improvisation and repertory work in the "Academy's Graded Classes".
